Support for every season.
Begin with independent living, add assisted support if routines become harder, explore memory care if cognitive changes require a safer environment, or speak with our team about comfort-focused care. Kenny's Pond helps residents and families plan for today's needs while staying prepared for tomorrow's.
Independence, beautifully supported
Stay active, stay connected, and know support is nearby.
Kenny's Pond is for residents who want a little more ease without giving up the feeling of independence. It is a place to keep familiar routines, enjoy the beauty of the water, and let go of the daily work that can make home feel heavier than it once did.

Recently renovated suites
A fresh start in a place that still feels personal.
Choose from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites designed for comfort and daily ease. Bring the pieces that make the space your own, then enjoy the services, dining, amenities, and pond-side community just outside your door.

Discover what your
Day to Day Will Look Like
Start with a walk by the pond, stop into Kenny's Cafe, join a class, enjoy the sixth-floor balcony, watch a movie, spend time in the library, or relax in your suite. Kenny's Pond gives residents room for both activity and rest.
Amenities
A community with something for every kind of day.
Kenny's Cafe, the library, the theatre, the fitness centre, the salon, and the sixth-floor lounge all help make daily life feel convenient, social, and full.

The neighbourhood
Walk the pond, then come home.
With walking trails just outside and St. John's conveniences nearby, Kenny's Pond gives residents a rare mix of nature, connection, and practical access. Families can picture real routines here: morning walks, coffee visits, errands, outings, and quiet views of the water.

For families
More support around the person you love.
Families often come to Kenny's Pond looking for reassurance as much as a suite. With trained staff, emergency response, care options, wellness support, and daily services, residents can feel more supported and families can feel less alone in the responsibility.

From our team
“I absolutely love my job at Kenny's Pond. I have such a good relationship with my co-workers, and they are wonderful to work with. When it comes to the residents, I adore them so much. They are my second family. There is truly nothing that I would not do for them.”
Gail, staff member at Kenny's Pond
Questions families ask
Clear answers, before the next step.
What care options are available?
Residents can explore independent living, assisted living, memory care, and end-of-life care. The right option depends on daily routines, health needs, mobility, memory, and the support that would best protect quality of life.
Can care change after someone moves in?
Yes. One of the main benefits of choosing Tiffany Village or Kenny's Pond is that support can be reviewed as needs change. A resident may begin independently and later add more help with daily routines, medication, mobility, memory, or personal care.
What is the first step?
The best first step is a private tour or a conversation with a care specialist. We can talk through suites, care needs, costs, availability, subsidy questions, and what daily life could look like.
